The Building Industry Association of South Central Ohio is proud to present the 15th Anniversary of the Southern Ohio Home & Garden Show, located on the Ross County Fairgrounds. The show will feature demonstrations, giveaways, and more than 100 indoor and outdoor exhibits.

DEMONSTRATION & WORKSHOP SCHEDULE FINALIZED!

Sunday is Kids Day!! Starting with "Kids! Create a Flower Pot" at 12:15pm, followed by "Fire Safety Puppet Show" at 1:30pm, then finishing with "Meet and Greet Live Animals of the Columbus Zoo" at 2pm.

Chainsaw carving is a new attraction coming to the 2012 Southern Ohio Home & Garden Show. Mike Hopkins, from Georgetown, Ohio will be on the show grounds carving different animals like Bears, Eagles, and Turtles. You can also expect to see a "Brutus the Buckeye" carving! Stop by the show and watch Mike's artwork develop before your eyes. Mike's carvings that he produces at the show will be for sale.

Deputy Daren: Ross County Sheriff's Department Deputy Daren will arrive at the Southern Ohio Home & Garden Show. Deputy Daren represents the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program, which is a collaborative effort of D.A.R.E. certified law enforcement officers, educators, students, parents and the community. The program offers an educational program in local classrooms to prevent or reduce drug abuse and violence among children and youth.

Fish Fry: Multipurpose Building: On Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm. Proceeds benefit Daughters of Ruth and the Building Industry Association of South Central Ohio Scholarship Fund. Buy a sandwich and receive a soft drink for FREE.

Columbus Zoo: Back by popular demand, the Columbus Zoo will be bringing some of your favorite animals to the Show. Everyone Welcome.
